<p><span id="more-94"></span>I have been reading <a href="http://www.paulgraham.com">Paul Graham</a> a lot these days. I hate myself for not reading it earlier. There is ages of experience wrapped up in all his essays. If you are a startup guy, its a must read for you.</p>
